This is a frequent problem with professional polishers who use several different polishing methods. Have the professional come back and correct the problem. If he used the recrystallization process, the floor may have contained too much moisture. He will have to re-polish the floor with polishing powder to remove the yellowing, and if he plans to use the recrystallization process again, the floor will have to be allowed to dry for several days before reapplication.
TIP For the professional: Never recrystallize a floor that is still wet. Allow the floor to dry for at least 24 hours before recrystallizing.
