I suggest you contact a local janitorial supply house and tell them you need a disinfectant with a neutral pH. There are several dozen on the market that will do an excellent job.

It will be very important to dust mop the floor as much as possible. Use a dust mop treatment to keep the dust from suspending in the air. Use only a water based dust mop treatment. An oil based treatment can stain the marble.

TIP A solution of bleach and water will also act as a disinfectant. Mix one cup of bleach to a gallon of cold water and add a few drops of dishwashing detergent.
